The Civil Administration inspectors, in cooperation with IDF forces from the Judea Brigade, prevented the Arabs from paving an illegal road in a firing zone in the southern Hebron hills.
The road was meant to serve as a route for smuggling and bringing building materials into the area. Marco Ben Shabat, Director of the Civil Administration's Supervision Unit said:
"The Supervision Unit carried out ongoing enforcement activities against violations of the law in Judea and Samaria, with an emphasis on violations within IDF firing zones."
