Internal disputes between the Belz Hasidim and other Hasidic factions appeared to have ended, and the parties formulated a document of understandings, an agreement between the parties is expected to be signed this morning, in which the representative of Belz, Member of Knesset Yisrael Eichler will be assured a full term.
