The Su preme Court of Justice is holding a hearing this morning on a petition filed by Professor Yael Amitai against Science and Technology Minister Ofir Akunis for not selecting her as a representative of the Israel-Germany Foundation in light of her signing of a petition for soldiers to refuse to obey an order and her demand that the court order him to approve her appointment.
