The Jewish Home Party said on Thursday that its public council for the election of chairman has completed extensive and in-depth staff work, at the end of which there remained a small list of suitable candidates from dozens of candidates who submitted their candidacies. The council will continue its work in the coming days and will conduct interviews with candidates before the Council Forum.
The council warned against unauthorized publication of candidates' names. Contrary to previous reports, the council made it clear that it is not dealing with selection of a women's candidate and invited women to participate in the primaries that will take place this Monday at the party center.
