Police nab 13 year-old behind the wheel of a car in East Jerusalem

Police caught a 13-year-old child driving a luxury car in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of A-Tur. His grandfather, who was sitting in the passenger seat, told police that he had only intended for the child to back the car out of the parking spot and was summoned to appear before a hearing.
