White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said on Monday that she believed House Speaker Nancy Pelosi did not act in good faith in calling for the State of the Union to be postponed because she cited a “security threat” that didn’t exist.
“The President, as he always does, looks forward to addressing the American people and will do that as soon as that invitation is received,” she told reporters.
