Commander Eran Niv of the Judea and Samaria Division of the Israel Defense Forces has written to his commanders, saying, "We will not accept immoral acts of soldiers," according to Israeli public television.
Writing in the wake of a recent incident in which a soldier was documented beating an Arab, Niv explained, "Whoever cannot control his spirit and does not undertake to act professionally in accordance with the spirit of the IDF - his place is not with us."
