The Jewish community in Hebron thanked Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu Monday evening for his "Zionist responsible, respectable and necessary" decision not to extend the mandate of the Temporary International Presence in Hevron.
A statement by the community said, "Together we proved that it is possible to bring to an end to the injustice and stupidity of many years and to allow a more reasonable life in the city of our forefathers."
