The Supreme Court rejected the appeal of Sapir Bukstein, who was convicted of offenses of abuse and assault against a toddler under one year of age.
Bukstein was sentenced to 15 months' imprisonment, probation, and NIS 20,000 compensation to the parents of the toddler.
