A court rejected an appeal by former MK Bassal Ghattas and ruled that there is no indication that he is not a member, or ever was a member, in a terror group. Ghattas, who is serving a sentence for smuggling cell phones to jailed terrorists, had argued that there was nothing proving that he was a member of a terror group and should thus be liable for rehabilitation.
