Jerusalem Prize to be awarded to Judea and Samaria pioneer

The Jerusalem Prize, which is awarded by the Religious Zionist newspaper Basheva, will go to Miriam Levinger. The wife of the late Rabbi Menachem Levinger, she played a key part in establishing Hevron's Jewish community.
