The public broadcasting corporation's board decided not to disqualify model Bar Refaeli from the possibility of being a presenter at the Eurovision Song Contest in May in Tel Aviv.
The decision of the corporation's board was made despite the recent announcement by the State Prosecutor's Office that they are considering indicting Rafaeli for tax evasion, subject to a hearing.
