A resident of Beit Shemesh has been sentenced to seven years in prison and ordered to compensated his ex-wife for 20,000 shekels after severely beating her two years ago in front of their children.
He was convicted of causing injury with aggravated intent and aggravated assault, as well as a violation of privacy after he installed an eavesdropping program in her cellular phone.
