The Histadrut, the nurses committee and management of the Mayanei Hayeshua haredi hospital in Bnei Brak have signed a pioneering collective bargaining agreement to regulate the terms of employment for 450 nurses in the hospital.
The first such agreement in the hospital's history, it brings about a significant improvement in salaries and pension provisions, and stipulates that the terms of wages will be updated according to the public sector practice.
