A 25-year-old resident of the lower Galilee Israeli-Arab city of Tamra has been seriously wounded in a shooting incident.
He was treated by the Magen David Adom emergency service and evacuated to Rambam Hospital in Haifa. Police have opened an investigation into the circumstances.
