Chairman Hanan Melcer of the Central Elections Committee has rejected an advertisement by the Ministry of Education on reduction of the number of students in the classrooms, claiming that the broadcast was prohibited election propaganda for Education Minister Naftali Bennett, since the reduction occurred during his tenure.
