The Ministry of Health has issued an order to close the Perach Haim geriatric institute in Yarka, after a review of the place revealed that the patients were in severe cold conditions, without proper blankets, and that the faucets had water at high temperatures that could lead to burns, according to the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation.
It also transpired that, contrary to what was declared, there was no responsible nurse in the area.
