The Histadrut Labor Federation has declared a labor dispute in the Isracard group, which will include 1,200 employees of the credit-card group.
The announcement comes in the wake of the deadlock in negotiations between the group's management, Bank Hapoalim and the employees' representatives regarding the regulation of employee conditions in the event of a change in the control of the group, including a sale grant.
