Justice Rubinstein gave testimony in the Effi Nave affair

Channel 13 reported that Supreme Court Justice Elyakim Rubinstein, who opposed the appointment of a suspect suspected of giving sexual bribes, testified Thursday in regards to the Effi Naveh affair.
