Former Defense Minister and chairman of the Telem party, Moshe Yaalon wrote in a post on twitter that:
"Immediately after the approval of the nation-state law, I promised that I would do everything to rectify the injustice caused to the Druze and the rest of the minorities who live here in partnership with us, and to combine it with the law of equality in the spirit of the Declaration of Independence. I repeated my promise today at a meeting in Haifa with the team of Druze officers leading the struggle for the amendment of the law."
