Police arrested four Arabs from Umm al-Fahm on suspicion of stealing hundreds of cacti worth NIS 100,000 from an agricultural area in the Migdal Haemek area.
The cops located the cacti in a nursery in the Ramallah area who had already sold a large quantity of them, the Border Police had recently returned the cacti that had not yet been sold.
