Attorney Effi Naveh announced on Thursday that he was resigning from the position of chairman of the Israel Bar Association, following suspicions of bribery.
"The bureau is very important and dear to me, I do not want my personal affairs - which I assume will end soon - to harm the bureau's important activities," Naveh wrote in a statement.
