An indictment will be filed against a 21-year-old Hapoel Be'er Sheva fan who allegedly attacked a Maccabi Tel Aviv fan during a basketball game between the teams on Monday.
In addition, a legal proceeding is being held against two minors suspected of involvement in the incident.
