Economy Minister Eli Cohen and Emmanuel Regional Council Chairman Eliyahu Gafni have announced the establishment of a professional steering committee to formulate the outline of government assistance to establish an innovative employment park within the Samarian city.
It was also agreed to examine special points of preference for companies and businesses to be absorbed in the city.
