Minor arrested by ISA will apparently be prosecuted

A prosecutor's declaration of intent to prosecute will apparently be submitted in the case of a 16-year-old detained by the Shabak Israel Security Agency in the death of Palestinian Authority resident Aisha Al-Rabi last fall.
