The Be'er Sheva District Court has accepted a plea bargain in the case of Avishay Itach, who was convicted of stealing and trading in weapons, from an arsenal in a military base at nearby Sde Teiman, and sentenced him to nine years and seven months in prison.
His brother, Lior Itach, was sentenced to 24 months' imprisonment. Five other defendants were sentenced to 16-42 months in prison.
