"Nasrallah was born only three months after me," outgoing IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Gadi Eizenkot told Army Radio. "He is an old and bitter enemy, I follow his every action. I am not aware that he had a stroke."
He added that the timing of the completion of Northern Shield had nothing to do with the end of his tenure: "The last tunnel was found yesterday by chance, and it could have been another week or two."
