Rivlin: Incoming chief of staff is excellent

President Reuven Rivlin said, at a farewell ceremony for Chief of Staff Gadi Eisenkot, that his successor, Aviv Kochavi, is an excellent replacement.

Rivlin cited both men for their spirit of mission.
