Israel to extradite dual citizen to Russia for murder

News Ten reports the State Attorney's Office International Department filed a petition with the Jerusalem District Court to declare Michael Boltov, a citizen of Israel and Russia, be extradited to Russia for murder, conspiracy to commit a crime, and other crimes committed in Kazakhstan 20 years ago. Boltov was arrested a week ago by the Israel Police.
