Muhammad Jamal Rashda, a 30-year-old resident of the Shuafat refugee camp in Jerusalem, has been sentenced to 11 years in prison for planning a series of attacks against public figures, including Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
Rashda was convicted of conspiracy to assist the enemy during wartime, preparation for terrorist acts, espionage and conspiracy to commit murder.
