The criminal department of the State Prosecutor's Office filed an appeal today with the Tel Aviv District Court on the verdict in the case of former Jerusalem police chief Niso Shaham.
Shaham was convicted of an indecent act on a policewoman and was sentenced to 240 hours of public service.
