The Labor Party will hold a convention today to vote on new rules proposed by Chairman Avi Gabbay and his proposal to hold primaries on February 11th.

Delegates will also be asked to approve the outline of reserved spots for Gabbai's candidates, two in the top ten spots of the candidate list and another in the second ten. The convention is expected to be stormy in light of the criticism against Gabbay's behavior and the fact that the party has not been able to rise in the polls.
