Route 4370, which connects Binyamin to Jerusalem, was opened today to traffic.
The road is part of a transportation project in northern Jerusalem, and its opening will significantly ease traffic congestion in the northern part of the city, starting from the Pisgat Ze'ev neighborhood and will affect the French Hill Junction and the city center. Investment in Highway 4370 is about NIS 30 million, and in the first stage, the road will open from 05:00 to 12:00 every day.
