Occasional rain and thunderstorms are expected in the north and center, accompanied by a risk of flash floods in the Jordan Valley and Dead Sea area Sunday night, while strong southwesterly winds will prevail along the Mediterranean coast into Monday and snow will fall on Mount Hermon and the Golan Heights. The snow will retreat to Mount Hermon on Monday and continue through Wednesday. The rain will retreat to the north, along with the flood risk and continue on Tuesday, spreading to the center toward evening. Before that, there's a chance of haze in the center and the south. Wednesday will be mostly cloudy with isolated light rainfall in the north and center. Unseasonably cold temperatures are forecast through Wednesday with a rise in temperature tot the seasonal average on Thursday, when strong easterly winds will prevail in the north and center.
