Hatnua chairwoman MK Tzipi Livni responded to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's statement that the Attorney General cannot initiate a hearing in the prime minister's investigations if the hearing does not end before the elections.

"Netanyahu has aligned himself with the Amona rioters in an attack on the rule of law. The public has a right to know the Attorney General's conclusions about the suspect in bribery. The time has come for Netanyahu to deal with the facts instead of whining and before he incites an entire public against all the law enforcement agencies," Livni said.
