PM appoints general to bring the hilltop youth back to the education

Maj. Gen. (res.) Avi Mizrahi, former head of the Central Command, was appointed by Prime Minister Netanyahu as a special envoy to return the hilltop youth to the education system as part of an overall and inter-ministerial solution to the problem of the hilltop youth. This was reported by Channel 10.
