Baby pronounced dead after suffocating on food in Modiin Illit

At Tel Hashomer Hospital, the nine-month-old baby evacuated by paramedics from a nursery in Modi'in Illit was pronounced dead after apparently strangling on its food.

The police opened an investigation into the incident.
