The Knesset plenum approved in its second and third readings a bill to amend the Public Health Ordinance. This is a government proposal and a private proposal by MK Itzik Shmuli and a group of MKs.
The purpose of this proposal is to require the installation of cameras in geriatric nursing homes where patients with mental illness and nursing patients are hospitalized.
