Deputy Attorney General Dinah Zilber has informed the attorney of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and his wife Sara that his request to order a stay of proceedings against them has been denied.
The two requested that the proceedings be delayed because of claims made by retired Superintendent Roni Ritman in the framework of his investigation into the Department for Investigating Police, according to which the ability of the police to conduct the investigations against them objectively was impaired.
