The High Court of Justice accepted the petition submitted by Justice Ronit Poznansky Katz against her dismissal by the disciplinary court following the case of the text messages in file 4000, and ruled that the judge will be reinstated.Posnansky Katz will be suspended until 2019 and will not hear criminal cases for two years.
