The Jerusalem District Court has declared Igor Grozdov (Ostrovsky) extraditable to Germany, to face charges of murder, robbery, serious injury, damage to property and disorder.
According to the extradition request, Grozdov and a partner committed the violent robbery of an elderly woman and her son in the city of Ulm.
