Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar reported that the planes that carried out the attack in Syria on Tuesday that was attributed to Israel put a Turkish civilian plane that took off from the Beirut airport at risk.
It was also reported that the attack also endangered two planes - one Lebanese and one British - on their way to the Beirut airport. On Wednesday, Russia said that the attack came as two airliners were preparing to land in Beirut and Damascus.
