Minister of Public Security Gilad Erdan said Wednesday that he asked the prime minister to secure Gal Hirsch on the Likud list for the next Knesset.
"Gal is a courageous, worthy and deserving officer whose whole life has worked for Israel's security, and unfortunately We did him an injustice that prevented him from being appointed police commissioner," Erdan added.
