Police arrested three heads of a Bet Shemesh-based non-for-profit over suspicions that they defrauded the Education Ministry to the tune of NIS 1.4 million.
The investigation revealed that forged documents had been forwarded to the Education Ministry with the forged signature of an accountant who had never been in contact with the organization, allowing the NGO to receive taxpayer money.
