The Tel Aviv District Attorney's Office today filed an indictment against YouTrade CEO Aviv Talmor and against Roy Kuzin, who served as YouTrade's chief analyst.
The indictment attributes to Talmor and Liotrade offenses of theft by an authorized person, receiving fraudulently under aggravated circumstances, money laundering and the management of investment portfolios without a license. Cuzin is charged with offenses of receiving fraudulently under aggravated circumstances. In addition, Talmor and another employee were charged with violations of court proceedings.
