During debate on Tuesday by the Knesset Finance Committee about budget transfers to the Transportation Ministry, Committee Chairman Moshe Gafni from the haredi-religious United Torah Judaism faction said, "I believe that as a result of the work on Shabbat there are mishaps that cannot be described."
