The Histadrut Labor Federation and the Central Bottling Company have signed three collective bargaining agreements for approximately 2,400 employees of the Coca-Cola Israel Group. This is an initial agreement for the 600 sales workers who joined the Histadrut for the first time. In addition, two collective agreements were renewed with 1,400 distribution workers and about 400 production workers.

The agreements include: salary increments in three stages of varying amounts, depending on the position and seniority; Special payments for being on call and sudden calls to work; Significant salary increases for shift workers; Special grants for all employees who have accumulated 25 years of seniority in the company and additional refunds. The agreements also include the addition of a wide range of annual welfare activities to employees and their families.
