The Jerusalem District Court has accepted the appeal of attorney Eran Shaham Shavit, and he will return to his position at the Israel Securities Authority in about two months.
Judge Ronit Poznansky was dismissed from her post for texting with Shavit during detention proceedings in one of the corruption cases now focusing around Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu.
