It appears that there will soon be an indictment against Effie Naveh, the head of the Israel Bar Association, according to Israeli public radio.
Two months ago, it was reported that Naveh had helped his partner slip out of the country and return to Israel without identification with the border controller at Ben-Gurion Airport and without obtaining a permit to leave.
