Former minister Gid'on Sa'ar declared, again, Tuesday morning that he is running on the Likud list in the upcoming Knesset election.
Interviewed by the Israel Public Broadcasting Corporation, he said, "I believe that my success in the primaries will help the Likud win the elections. I was hurt by the fact that the prime minister marked me, but it's not important at the moment. You have to know the general above the personal." Before Saar took a break from politics, he was seen as a challenger to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's leadership of the party.
